I watched the series 1 finale of "By Any Means" - 1x06 - I thought this was a good episode and the ending especially was pretty badass.  I didn't see it coming that the girl would get shot so I was shocked by that and the fact that one of their team ended up in serious physical trouble was pretty good in a way because they work outside the police ( Read more... )

On Sunday night I went to see John Mayer at the O2 Arena in London. I used to be a big fan of John Mayer's music and love his first three albums still but his last three albums somehow managed to completely pass me by so over the course of this 2 hour show I think I knew a grand total of five songs! My tattoo seems to be healing well, it's all scabby now and is on the verge of being itchy. Which is always a good sign, even though it's annoying.

Yesterday Jo, Dave, Vicky and I went to Welwyn Garden City and Letchworth Garden City to do the Glorious Golden Mile from the movie "The World's End". I was pretty cool even though I don't drink alcohol - fruit juices or lemonades all round! And maybe a pint of tap water. So they're making some Harry Potter spin off movies?! That's kind of awesome! I'm looking forward to seeing what comes of it! I think it's cool that we were all mourning the franchise and now it's back! I guess it was bound to happen at some point.
